1. Donations
   - Non-Refundable Policy: All donations to Luminocean are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as it is immediately allocated to support our conservation projects and initiatives.
   - Incorrect or Duplicate Donations: If you believe an error has occurred or you made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will review requests for refunds of erroneous or duplicate donations on a case-by-case basis.

2. Excursion and Course Fees
   - Refund Eligibility: Excursion registration fees are not eligible for a refund but a change of date within 18 months of the initially booked date is possible..
   - Excursion Cancellation: If Luminocean cancels an event for any reason, all registration fees will be refunded in full.

3. Merchandise Purchases
   - Returns and Exchanges: Merchandise purchased through our website may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon receipt.
