With this webinar we aim to reach divers, underwater enthusiasts and early career biology students and researchers. We will cover a broad spectrum of topics related to coral reefs, sustainable fishing and marine conservation. You don't need to be a scientist to join but we rather want to bring science to the public. The first sessions will be presented by our Marine Biologist, Dr. Mareike Huhn, but we highly encourage participants with a biology, conservation or oceanography background to become presenters, too. We will reward you with a certificate for your repeated attendance or active involvement (e.g. as presenter). 

This second session will cover the topic coral restoration. Coral restoration has been done in many different places in many different ways but often these were not efficient or failed. We will talk about the newest techniques and how they can be important tools for conservation.
